Accommodation

• Standard check-in time is from 14:00
• Standard check-out time is until 12.00
• Regardless of what time you check in, your stay ends at 12:00
• When checking in, you must have your original passport with you, as well as security deposit for the apartment. (check the deposit amount with the operator)
• Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited! Fine from 500 UAH.
• Check-in time before 14:00 – half the cost of one night stay
• Check-out time from 12:00 to 17:00 - half the cost of the day
• Check-out time after 17:00 - full day of stay
• It is PROHIBITED to move furniture in the apartment without approval from the administration!
• Our apartments are not rented out for birthday celebrations and parties

In case of non-compliance with the terms of the contract, violation of order or complaints from neighbors, the administration reserves the right to evict you from the rented apartment without refund of payment for accommodation.

Do I need to make full or partial payment for the apartment?

We do not take advance payment from guests!
*if you have booked an apartment for the New Year, exhibition or early/late check-in, prepayment is required for the first overnight stay.

Are pets allowed in our apartments?

When booking an apartment, you must inform the manager about the number and breed of animals! (additional security deposit from 1000 UAH)

Living in an apartment with animals without the consent of the administration is PROHIBITED!
